The premiere OWTCAST event developed as a result of a covert crash-retrieval operation and the resultant activated lightbulb.

On the evening of October 20, 2023, intel was received indicating that a downed craft had been spotted in a remote valley outside of Las Vegas — and we LOVE ourselves a quality downed-craft scenario. The two witnesses reporting the crash — a BLM agent patrolling near the area and a trucker leaving a nearby borox mine, both intercepted while we were channel-scanning — described a multi-colored pulsing sphere falling slowly toward Earth from a high altitude. The craft’s trajectory left the equivalent of a diffused plasma contrail that both witnesses said extended ‘well into space.’ Due to their relative locations, neither witness viewed the impact. More significantly, they experienced no impact indicators (fireball, fireball aura, explosion, concussion, etc.).

Within minutes of hearing the news, OWTCAST dispatched our elite crash-retrieval team to attempt to locate and investigate the apparent crash site before the US military, its agents, and other local and federal authorities and first responders could determine the position via triangulation.
